The brief was to brand and market residential properties in Hackbridge ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms.

The solution was a brand that used the tagline 'the exceptional everyday', a positive statement which supports the fact that Metropolitan, whilst providing shared ownership, also ensure that other key USP’s such as quality of spec and location are nothing short of exceptional. in turn making every day a dream - just like your new home.

The creative took it's visual influence from the current trend of bold feature wallpaper and took into account peoples individual taste through using a variety of designs. There are 3 pre-completion brochures took a more fun approach, focusing on the different unit sizes, with each cover displaying a different wallpaper paper and individually coloured short cover which was thread sewn.

The post completion brochure housed on information in a single premium case bound brochure with a foiled logo and pattern. This was to visually represent the high quality finish within the properties. This style was taken for the website design and marketing to maintain a consistent feel.
